My account got banned forever and they hacked it 3 times and the third time got me banned. I forgot my email so I couldn’t change the pass. Do you think if my mom calls they will unban it? My mom knows why they banned my account and she is sorry for me although she got me another member one but it is new so i got a bit of stuff. The old account was 3 years old and had EVERYTHING on it. But the problem is that my mom only speaks spanish will they have a spanish person in the clubpenguin company my mom can speak to so she can unban my account? Thanks.
